Ashleigh Ford, Designer

We were delighted when Ashleigh applied to work with us when she moved to the area in 2022.

She was a bright and promising Trainee Hairdresser, whose passion for the art of hairstyling was evident in her dedicated work within the salon, where she played a crucial role in supporting the Creative Designers and Directors within the salon.

Her progress was nothing short of exceptional, evident from her performance at college and her consistently impressive assessments. She quickly achieved her qualification in the application of tints, showcasing her commitment to mastering the skills needed to work in a busy salon.   In 2023 Ashleigh was awarded Apprentice of the Year and entered the Hairdressing and Beauty Therapy competition where she achieved the runner-up position in the Midlands Regional Heat.   The salon were so incredibly proud of her – two amazing achievements in such a short time.

Her dedication and hard work paid off in May 2024 when she finished her course with a Distinction.   She is already building her own clientele within the salon and looks forward to welcoming many more new clients.
